has made a triumphant return to the big screen, earning over Rs 1 crore during its re-release weekend in April 2025. The film's day-wise collections stood at Rs 28 lakh on Friday, Rs 43 lakh on Saturday, and Rs 47 lakh on Sunday, culminating in a total of Rs 1.18 crore as per Sacnilk.

During an interview around his birthday in March, Aamir Khan confirmed that the work on part 2 of the film has begun with Santoshi writing the script for it.
