As per the latest trade reports, the film has grossed US $132,300 on its ninth day in North America from 128 reported locations. This takes the film’s total gross in the region to an impressive US $1,443,000( Rs 12.30 crore)

For a sequel in a franchise rooted in historical patriotism and emotional storytelling, Kesari Chapter 2 has managed to strike a chord with audiences overseas, particularly within the Indian diaspora. Its blend of intense war drama, Akshay Kumar’s powerful performance, and emotional resonance has found takers in key overseas markets like the USA and Canada.
The film’s performance in North America has been consistent, with decent weekday holds and strong weekend numbers contributing to its overall tally. Back home in India, the film is faring well too. In its 10-day run, Kesari Chapter 2 has collected Rs 65.45 crore at the Indian box office. Despite competition from new releases and the ongoing IPL season, the film has managed to attract steady footfalls, particularly in its second week. The film in its first week had earned Rs 46.1 crore and in the second weekend it added Rs 19.35 crore. . Its performance in mass circuits has been especially commendable, reinforcing Akshay Kumar’s enduring popularity among family audiences and action enthusiasts.
