'. His third bunglow 'Janak' is considered like the office of the Bachchan family where most official meetings or media interactions happen. But did you know before Bachchan bought 'Jalsa', many of his movies were shot there?
In April 2021, Bachchan has shared a still with Jaya Bachchanfrom Hrishikesh Mukherjee's 'Chupke Chupke' and made this revelation.

He expressed, "Chupke Chupke “ our film by Hrishikesh MUKERJI.. closing today at 46 years ..!! This house you see in the picture is Producer NC Sippy’s house .. we bought it , then sold it , then bought it back again .. rebuilt it .. this is our home now JALSA!! Many films were shot here ..

Many fans were thrilled to know this trivia and amazing history behind this house. Big B had shared this post on Instagram and Twitter both. Kunal Kohli had responded to him and said, "Wow sir. What a feeling it must’ve been to be able to buy that house filled with so many memories of countless meetings, shootings. Incredible to retain that property as yours. There’s history of indian cinema in almost every move of yours."

Well, it is true that there is some history of Indian cinema in every move of his and Big B himself has etched his name so strongly in this history that he shall be remembered for generations to come. Meanwhile as Big B turns 81 today, on October 11, the actor kick-started his birthday celebrations by greeting his fans outside the same house, 'Jalsa'. The crowds went berserk to get a glimpse of Big B as he thanked them for their wishes.
