Dhanashree Verma and Yuzvendra Chahal are now officially divorced. Their final hearing took place at the Family Court in Bandra. Lawyers of both of them have confirmed that the court has granted them divorce and they are no longer husband and wife. On the day of divorce, March 20, 2025, Dhanashree has dropped a song which shows the theme of infidelity and it also stars her. The song is on betrayal and Ishwaq Singh of 'Paatal Lok' fame plays her husband in the song.
Dhanashree can be seen expressing her pain and heartbreak in this song. As soon as this video was shared, netizens commented that this seems like her own story. For those not in the know, Chahal is often spotted with RJ Mahvash which sparked rumours of their relationship. Chahal and Mahvash were spotted together watching the final match at the Champions League Trophy in Dubai. Just a day before the divorce also, Chahal was spotted with Mahvash.
The Bombay High Court had told the
Bandra Family Court
to speed up the proceedings due to Chahal's commitment towards IPL 2025 which kickstarts on March 22. He plays for the Rajasthan Royals.
