has showered his praise for the Alia Bhatt starrer ‘

Gangubai Kathiawadi

’ and even said that he felt it like a ‘Martin Scorsese film’.

The Hollywood star recently attended the 14th season of IFP Fest in Mumbai and revealed that he is a huge fan of the film ‘Gangubai Kathiawadi’ as he felt that it was so ‘Beautiful and unique’.

Talking to Rajkummar Rao during the event, the ‘Inception’ actor revealed that he found ‘Gangubai Kathiawadi’ so beautiful and unique and completely different from all the other films he has seen. He said, “‘Gangubai Kathiawadi’ is a very heavy and distinguished drama that looks like a Scorsese movie at times. It’s gorgeous.”
Joseph further said that the movie motivated him to explore Indian movies more and it was also one of the reasons why he visited India. He said, “I love what I’m feeling from the culture here and there’s genuine love for movies and artistry.”

Further, Hollywood's talented star revealed his wish to come to the Indian film industry and make a film here. Joseph marked his first visit to India with the event and this revelation hints at the possibility of the Hollywood star working with Indian movies in the future.
Meanwhile, Joseph was last seen in the movie ‘Killer Heat’ where he played the character Nick Bali. The actor has several highly anticipated projects in the pipeline including ‘K Troop’, ‘Wingmen’ and ‘Nobody Nothing Nowhere’.
