Kartik Aaryan expands his real estate portfolio in Mumbai amid rumors of Rs 50 crore fee for Karan Johar’s film

Bollywood actor Kartik Aaryan is not only making waves with his acting career, but is also making smart moves in the real estate market. Recent reports suggest that the actor, who is currently gearing up for his collaboration with Karan Johar in the much-anticipated film Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri, is charging a whopping Rs 50 crore for his role in the movie. As his professional journey continues to soar, Kartik Aaryan is also expanding his real estate investments, with reports confirming the acquisition of two luxurious properties in Mumbai.
According to Pinkvilla, the actor has reportedly added a lavish residential apartment and a spacious commercial space spanning over 2,000 square feet in Andheri to his portfolio. These investments are said to have been guided by veteran producer Anand Pandit, who has been helping Aaryan explore the best real estate opportunities in the city. These two new properties mark a significant addition to Aaryan’s already impressive property portfolio, which includes two opulent apartments in Juhu valued at over Rs 17.5 crore. One of these apartments is leased out for a monthly rent of Rs 4.5 lakh.
Additionally, Aaryan owns a 2,000-square-foot office in Veera Desai, an area favored by several Bollywood stars like Amitabh Bachchan and Ajay Devgn, which is also rented out. Another noteworthy addition to his portfolio is an apartment in Versova, located in the same area where the actor once lived as a paying guest during his early days in Mumbai.

Kartik's ventures into the real estate market come at a time when his acting career is at an all-time high. The actor’s recent releases,

Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3

and Chandu Champion, have significantly boosted his net worth, and his role in Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri is expected to take his earnings even higher.
Meanwhile his recent film ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3’ has started streaming on OTT. Check our review for the film here - "BB3 keeps you invested, and nowhere does it get tiring but it does have its static phase where the comic punches don’t quite land as much as they should. The story takes a considerable amount of time to build up, but the wait feels rewarding, thanks to a thoughtful twist in the climax. You don’t see it coming at all and the makers succeed in giving a sensible and mature spin to a massy entertainer. The art direction deserves a mention too. The production value is a notch above the previous instalments."
