Bollywood beauty Preity Zinta was seen lighting up the stands with her trademark dimpled smile as she turned cheerleader for her cricket team at the ongoing IPL matches. The actress, dressed in her team colours, was seen joining a host of fans in cheering for the boys in red from the stands.

Despite her support, the match ended in disappointment for the team as Abhishek Sharma delivered a record-breaking performance. The 23-year-old stunned fans by smashing an incredible 141 runs off just 55 balls—the highest individual score in Indian Premier League history.

Keeping up with the sportsman spirit, Preity took to her handle to tweet, “Tonight belongs to Abhishek Sharma! What a talent & what an unbelievable knock. Congratulations SRH! As for us, best to forget tonight and move on as it’s early days in the tournament and such games are best forgotten.”
