Shah Rukh Khan is one of the biggest names in Indian cinema. Known as the ‘Romance King’, he has charmed his way into the hearts of millions with blockbuster films and unforgettable characters. But while fans adore him, they’re also fascinated by his equally iconic sea-facing bungalow – ‘

After the buzz of renovation for a while, it’s now finally happening – ‘Mannat’ is currently undergoing a big makeover! The iconic home of Shah Rukh Khan is getting a fresh new look, and fans are already buzzing with curiosity as the first glimpses of the construction work are now viral.
A sneak peek into the renovation
A video shared by Instant Bollywood has gone viral, giving fans a glimpse of the work happening at the grand residence. In the clip, we can see workers on the top floor, tying ropes and preparing the site for construction. A major makeover is underway.

The home looks empty – which is a rare sight! That’s because SRK, along with his wife Gauri Khan and their children, have temporarily moved out of ‘Mannat’. According to reports, the full renovation could take up to two years to complete.

Don’t worry, though – the Khan family hasn’t gone far! They've shifted to a swanky apartment complex in Bandra’s upscale Pali Hill area while the work on ‘Mannat’ continues. According to a report by Hindustan Times, SRK has leased the property from none other than producer Vashu Bhagnani. And it turns out, it’s a family deal – the agreement was signed with Bhagnani’s children, actor Jackky Bhagnani and Deepshikha Deshmukh, who co-own the fancy property named Puja Casa.
While ‘Mannat’ gets its glow-up, Shah Rukh isn’t slowing down either. He’s all set to return to the big screen with his much-anticipated action drama ‘King’ along with his daughter Suhana Khan. Reportedly, also joining the cast is Abhay Verma, who won hearts with his role in ‘Munjya’.
