She shared that “doctor” was the first word she learned to spell, and it was always clear to her. However, many around her, especially her mother’s colleagues, predicted she would pursue acting.

She likened being a doctor to being a parent and said acting allows her to enjoy the best of both worlds.

Sreeleela debuted in 2019 with the Kannada film Kiss, directed by AP Arjun, earning praise for her performance. Her charm, screen presence, and dance skills quickly won over audiences, leading to offers from Telugu cinema.
