On October 19, Thursday, 'Leo' earned Rs 64.8 crore, with Rs 48.96 crore coming from the
Tamil
version, Rs 12.9 crore from the Telugu version, Rs 2.8 crore from the Hindi version, and Rs 14 crore from the Kannada version.

Is Vijay's film 'Leo' released in three versions?
'Leo' featuring Vijay in the main role is running in theatres successfully and the film has off to splendid start at the box office. But audience have found three different version of 'Leo' in theatres, and they doubt its the makers plan or it happened by mistake.
On Friday, the film brought in Rs 35.25 crore, with Rs 29.04 crore from the Tamil version, Rs 4.5 crore from the Telugu version, Rs 1.6 crore from the Hindi version, and Rs 11 lakh from the Kannada version.
The next day saw earnings of Rs 39.8 crore, with Rs 32.9 crore from the Tamil version, Rs 4.4 crore from the Telugu version, Rs 2.35 crore from the Hindi version, and Rs 15 lakh from the Kannada version.
On Sunday, the film continued its strong performance, earning Rs 41.55 crore, with Rs 35.3 crore from the Tamil version, Rs 3.5 crore from the Telugu version, Rs 2.6 crore from the Hindi version, and Rs 15 lakh from the Kannada version.
As per early estimates for Monday, 'Leo' is expected to earn Rs 25 crore net in India for all languages. So far, the film has grossed Rs 206.40 crore in total.

Apart from Vijay, the film also features renowned actors such as Sanjay Dutt,
Trisha Krishnan
, and Arjun Sarja. Even superstar Rajinikanth expressed his hopes for the film's success, saying that he would pray to God that the movie would become a huge hit.
To make the film's release a grand event, Seven Screen Studios Production had requested permission from the Madras High Court to screen the film as early as 4 am in cinema halls across Tamil Nadu on its release day.
