Jaideep was in conversation with his Jaane Jaan co-star Saurabh Sachdeva where he began talking about his experience of working in Raazi. He shared that it was for the first time he had nightmares . He mentioned that he was so involved in the world of espionage at that time and had read so much about that world, that he would get really scared. He also shared that for the first time in his life he would wake up with a start and would see people running around with guns and bombs. Jaideep also shared that he isn’t a big fan of watching his own work, as he is often disappointed by his own performance. But he also shared that it took him about two months to watch his most successful work Paatal Lok and mentioned that he ended up watching Raazi because his director

Jaideep also shared an anecdote from the Raazi shoot, he mentioned that on the last day of the Patiala schedule he had to perform a close-up shot and they were running out of time. He added that Meghna couldn’t watch it on the monitor, and he was told that they would shoot three different takes and were confident that he would nail it. He said that the pressure on him was on a completely different level and that made his performance even better.
