Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan has once again left the internet buzzing over his latest dramatic transformation into a 'caveman'.
It was revealed on Thursday, in a video posted by a B-town paparazzi that the mysterious bearded man in ragged clothes walking around the busy Mumbai streets was none other than the superstar.
A video doing the rounds online saw the actor sporting long, unkempt hair, a thick beard, and a rugged look, making him almost impossible to identify. He topped the look off with a costume comprising of brown strips of cloth and matching shoes. The transformation, which seemed to resemble a caveman-like avatar, earned a few laughs from people walking about the busy streets.
Aamir was seen pushing a handcart and even walking about in front of rickshaws and fellow pedestrians, however, no one seemed to have recognised him. Many youngsters, unaware of the superstar’s presence, casually walked past him, unaware his antics.
It wasn’t until a BTS video surfaced online that fans realised it was indeed Khan in disguise. The clip saw the star seated in his make-up chair going through a lengthy process of putting on his wig, beard, and other make-up to nail the look.
Reactions poured in across social media, with fans expressing shock and curiosity, asking, "Is this for a new film?”

Aamir has remained tight-lipped about the reason behind his drastic new look. The actor, known for his dedication to roles, has previously undergone major physical transformations for films like 'Dangal', 'Ghajini', and 'Laal Singh Chaddha'.
On the work front, he will be next seen in '
Sitaare Zameen Par
,' which will see him reuniting with Darsheel Safary. The film will also star Genelia Deshmukh in a pivotal role. The film is currently slated to hit the big screens this December.
