', directed by Magizh Thirumeni. He recalled how using prosthetics for the first time led to facial injuries, including damage to his eyes. In an interview with Bollywood Bubble, Sudhanshu discussed the physically demanding process of applying and removing prosthetics, which took several hours each day.
The Most Challenging Role
When asked about his most challenging role, Sudhanshu shared his experience working on the Tamil film 'Meaghamann', directed by Magizh Thirumeni. He revealed that it was the first time he used prosthetics, which caused significant damage to his face and eyes. Sudhanshu mentioned that Magizh Thirumeni, who recently directed 'Vidaamuyarchi' starring Ajith Kumar, is a close friend, but the physically demanding nature of the prosthetics process made the role particularly difficult for him.
The Prosthetics Process

He explained that applying prosthetics to his face took about four hours, allowing him to shoot for only two to three hours afterward. The removal process added another one and a half to two hours, making it the most physically stressful experience of his acting career.
