Thalapathy Vijay starrer Leo took over the global box office last weekend and beat Leonardo DiCaprio's Killers of the Flower Moon by earning a worldwide cumulative of $48.5 million.

Satyaprem Ki Katha

Karitk and Kiara's romantic drama earned Rs 9.25 crore on its opening day, beating Harrison Ford's Indiana Jones 5 which earned just Rs 1.25 crore.

Adipurush

Adipurush went up against The Flash at the box office early this year. Although both films bombed at the box office, the Prabhas starter managed to get the upper hand scoring Rs 100 crore in its first week.

The Kerala Story

The final instalment of the Guardians Of the Galaxy franchise made a splash at the Indian box office, with a Rs 7.3 crore opening. However, it fell short of The Kerala Story's record of Rs 8.3 crore and a Rs 240 crore lifetime haul.
