2' premiere stampede at Hyderabad's Sandhay Theatre. After spending a day in prison, the actor was released on interim bail by the High Court on December 14. On January 3, the court granted regular bail to the actor, and he paid a visit to the child of the deceased woman, who is suffering injuries from the stampede. The police asked the actor to keep his visit to the hospital confidential amid the chaos.

He had earlier shared his grief and concern about the condition of the affected family and offered Rs 25 lakh for their support.

Meanwhile, 'Pushpa 2: The Rule', directed by Sukumar, is making waves at the box office, having crossed more than Rs 1800 crores worldwide within a month of its release. The movie also stars Rashmika Mandanna and Fahadh Faasil in key roles. The film is expected to have a third part.
