Vicky: Getting praise from Hrithik felt like Oscar win

' had gone viral on the internet last year. Vicky's hookstep and the way he's danced effortlessly, got him a lot of compliments from all over! Many celebs like Hrithik Roshan and Salman Khan also showered praise on Vicky and he was quite thrilled by it.

In a old interview, Vicky revealed what this meant to him. During a chat with Anupama Chopra for Film Companion, Vicky was asked about Hrithik Roshan's comment as she called it '‘Michelin star equivalent'. However, Vicky interupted and said that this felt like he has won an Oscar. He further added, "I have been one of those kids who ever since Kaho Naa Pyaar Hai had come, since then just admired him too much not just for his dancing but just for the sheer hard work he gives into his art and the hunger that he has for his work. I really feel very inspired by him."
Hrithik had commented on the song and he wrote, "Well done, man, love the style.”

In the same interview, Vicky revealed that his wife Katrina Kaif's approval also meant a lot to him. The actor said he's more like a 'baarati' dancer. He enjoys dancing on the song so much that he gets carried away as he starts enjoying it. However, Katrina keeps telling him to hold back and find the balance and give expressions, a particular attitude wherever needed. So, when she saw 'Tauba Tauba' and approved Vicky's dancing, it meant everything to him.

Talking about Katrina, in another interview with Pinkvilla, Vicky shared an intriguing detail about his wife. The 'Bad Newz' star discussed the most competitive person in his life. Vicky mentioned that his wife, Katrina Kaif, is extremely competitive, especially when it comes to playing cards or any other games.
